How can I change the bitmaps, text and icons of any application like .exe files?
How can I made my own customized setup with my name on it (I mean modifying an existing setup)?

just edit registry keys OR change your system to back. HA HA HA.

Actually, you guys can do this much easier using a free tool called "Chromium Theme Creator" at http://www.codigobit.net/software/themeren.php.

It's really easy, looks good, and efficient and organized.

Also, if you use the trial version, you CAN get your 30 days trial back after reinstalling...

However, this must be done manually: after the removal process, THEN delete the registry keys!!!!!!

BOTTOM LINE: UNINSTALL, THEN DELETE REGISTRY KEYS.

Actually I first started using Resource Tuner and the more advanced PExplorer(from the same company) before I imagined Resource hacker existed, that's why I'm more at ease with resource tuner which kinda is simpler than PExplorer or Resource hacker for that matter, in most cases i always, all the time time use resource tuner, I understand that most of you guys are acustomed to resource Hacker, maybe because that was the only program you used up until recent times or even just the only one you use because it's more familiar to you, it's been with you longer than resource tuner has been, etc... ResTuner and ResHacker have each its advantages over the other, in my case I'd only use ResHacker if I needed to add, not replace something, something that Restuner lacks, I'm more of a "eye candy, nice GUI" guy, a good GUI is what motivates me and I think most newbie users of a specific program or software to easily understand it and not easily give it up.... it's no doubt that reshacker is more advanced like in terms of scripting and stuff, now I assure you, if ResTuner had ResHacker's features, it would pretty much blow reshacker away... Pink, I know for a fact that "Resource Tuner" is better suited as a name than resource hacker, hacking doesn't usually or always entail modifying or "tuning", Resource Tuner is self-explanatory and out of the box, don't you think?...

Resource hacker is better cos Resource hacker is outdated, and does not support all these new fashioned file formats like png or xml or large vista icons, i hate vista icons and i believe you guys feel the same staying with our old good ugly-looking Resource hacker. Even if it fails to open most of the files im still with you cos i love to hack programs so how am i supposed to hack anything if the editor doesnt use "hacker" in it's name?
