Thats not possible. Its a system key and it'll present in all Windows versions for sure. Make sure you are logged in as Administrator and then try to check the key.

Hello

My Windows Vista "Performance Information and Tools" thing won't finish running. It freezes up my PC, piece by piece, and finally, it reboots itself.

It starts to freeze up while it is "assessing hard drive efficiency" or something and it runs for a-a-a-ages, and then the application minimizes itself and the start bar stops responding, although the sidebar remains active. Then it runs for a-a-a-a-ages and then the screen goes blank but for the mouse cursor. Then screen switches off as though it's in powersave mode (although you've just jiggled the lonely mousepointer) and finally - and eventually - it reboots.

What on earth could be wrong? I've just tried to run it for the first time on this new PC - for the third time - and it won't run through.

Thanks
JOSHUA
