Raku, I got the 64-bit version installed successfully, if that is the one you are using. If so, try downloading it again, might be corrupted.

I notice that the homepage website still has a purchase link?! And the download page says "Download latest version (2.00 Final)" whereas the download button says "Download 1.3.7 for windows". Has the webpage not been updated or what?

^^ Its working fine here in Windows 7 32-bit. Try to run it as Administrator. Also did you try a restart?
