Are you wondering where have the borders in your Task Manager gone? Whenever you open Task Manager in your Windows, you get a borderless Task Manager window similar to following screenshot:
Actually its not a problem, Task Manager is running in "Tiny Footprint Mode". Just double click on the border and your Task manager will be back in normal mode. You'll be able to see menubar, titlebar.
You can again change the normal mode to Tiny footprint mode by double-clicking on the border.

I tried the usual windows method (Shutdow/reboot), but this time it didn't work...
I checked the help topic in task manager, but couldn't find it!
