When we want to install Windows XP in a system, we need to follow lots of steps and need to enter many things like User name, product key, select partition, etc.
Wouldn't it be great if everything gets automatically entered and we need to do nothing during the installation time?
nLite is a tool for permanent Windows components removal and pre-installation Windows configuration. After removal there is an option to make bootable image ready for burning on cd or testing in virtual machines.
With nLite you will be able to have Windows installation which on install does not include, or even contain on cd, the unwanted components.

Features
- Service Pack Integration
- Component Removal
- Unattended Setup
- Driver Integration
- Hotfixes Integration
- Tweaks
- Services Configuration
- Patches
- Bootable ISO creation
nLite supports Windows 2000, XP x86/x64 and 2003 x86/x64 in all languages. It needs Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 in order to run.

Softwares can be added by nlite by compressing them into cab file, OR IT CAN ALSO BE DONE BY EDITING SVCPACK.INF File into i386/svcpack.in_ and place your software in i386.

^^ You'll need to edit NTOSkrnl.exe file present in Windows\System32 folder.
Alipedia
Not this, ntoskrnl.Exe contains boot screen im taking about wellcom screen which come after boot screen
VG
^^ You said not logon screen, thats why I told you about boot screen. Welcome screen and login screen are same. Its resources are stored in LogonUI.exe file.
