(d)APPLICATION might UPLOAD - including, but not limited to - SOFTWARE, COMPONENT PARTS, INFORMATION, PACKAGES, THIRD PART PACKAGES without USER confirmation.
(e)LICENSE can change without USER confirmation.
(f)APPLICATION can UPLOAD, DOWNLOAD AND STORE STATISTICS WITHOUT ANY LIMITATION and USER confirmation.

In other words this program can upload any sort of info without your knowing about it.

Hey guys did you bother to read the license agreement (pre-installation agreement)???
It said something about transmitting info about your computer usage, etc. Quite suspicious.

I did not proceed with installation.

Wow, another rip-off on Linux. Linux tries to do something different, but Microshaft takes the idea and sells it >:( . Windows users will love this though! :)

please detail what OS precisely You were using SP, x64 maybe etc. And I can't agree that there is no point in trying - You see each computer is different, for example on all computers in my house & work it works fine (range from various vista and xp versions), and the same with many other Users.

From my latest study over .NET it seems it's build issue(what I still don't understand how it could be published) - and can be fixed by updating it to latest version along with installing all service packs.

Idea of picture board were to randomize - but I can think of releasing update of my picture viewer with such option (and setting image as wallpaper) in nearest future.

Hmmm
The effect that to works to me only Taskbar & start menu transparency, Picture board, and Screen frost. I like the picture board effects, can we arrange the picture?

Enable on system start doesn't work on my xp pro, i have installed .NET 3.5 installed.

Nice little program, but needs a lot of improvement

Just legal statement ^-^ You never know what might happen, right? :P

Assure You have .NET 3.5 installed, and remember that effects apply after options window close. I hope everything will work then :D

Still there are some computers that aren't so cooperative - it might be OS build issue etc. something I look forward getting resolved from MS - I wouldn't release something I didn't tested (and I test on both XP and Vista)

Never tried on that one xD I will check if there is any problem with autostart I will try to solve it - but it's using standard registry way
