"AeroVG" theme is a new theme for Windows Vista users. Your system must be capable to run Aero to use this theme. This theme has been created specially for Aero users but Basic users can also use this theme. They'll get new Details pane (shell style), new progressbar and many other small changes.
Featured List:
- More transparent startmenu and taskbar
- Startmenu has square corners instead of round corners which looks cool
- Only active window taskbar button is visible to make the taskbar more clean and stylish
- Checkbox and radio buttons are Apple leopard styled
- Cool blue progressbar in dialog boxes
- Blue Control Panel sidebar
- Cool dialog box buttons
- Cool Details pane which have different colors for different folders like Video, Pictures, etc
- Transparent addressbar and searchbar in Explorer
- Transparent titlebar and taskbar in maximized windows
- Dark hovered, clicked, selected area in Explorer as well as in menus. Vista default selection bar is very light in color and doesn't look proper sometimes
- New Menubar & Statusbar

- i am running your amazing stunning aero vg theme on vista ultimate via tuneup utility - are you possibly considering this theme for xp - windows blinds aero themes have nothing as neat as your theme - can you create this theme for xp possibly - let me know if it is a possiblity - i sure hope so - thanks - todd

Thanks. I'm glad you liked the theme. Me too have plan to create a port of this theme for XP but not getting sufficient time for it. But I'll make an msstlyle not WB skin so it'll not have transparency.

^^ Nope. An msstyle can't have transparency but you can use utilities like Glass2k to have transparency.

Is there a way to turn off the "Cool Details pane which have different colors for different folders like Video, Pictures, etc" ? It looks a bit wierd when I have lots of transparent things and then a flash of color makes my windows not match.

^^ Yep. You can open the root folder properties and goto Customize tab. Now select "All Items" from template box and enable "Also apply this template to all sub folders" check box. Now Apply it and you'll see only blue details pane in every folder.

I am having trouble getting my desktop wallpaper to show at all. Instead of the photo I select it shows the Theme color that I have chosen for my desktop. Anyone know how to fix this?
