"AeroVG" theme is a new theme for Windows Vista users. Your system must be capable to run Aero to use this theme. This theme has been created specially for Aero users but Basic users can also use this theme. They'll get new Details pane (shell style), new progressbar and many other small changes.

- More transparent startmenu and taskbar
- Startmenu has square corners instead of round corners which looks cool
- Only active window taskbar button is visible to make the taskbar more clean and stylish
- Checkbox and radio buttons are Apple leopard styled
- Cool blue progressbar in dialog boxes
- Blue Control Panel sidebar
- Cool dialog box buttons
- Cool Details pane which have different colors for different folders like Video, Pictures, etc
- Transparent addressbar and searchbar in Explorer
- Transparent titlebar and taskbar in maximized windows
- Dark hovered, clicked, selected area in Explorer as well as in menus. Vista default selection bar is very light in color and doesn't look proper sometimes

ive tried a lot to decompress in windows/resources/themes but inbetween a window pops stating unable to create registry. so please help with that i cant miss out such a fabulous theme.

sorry its not registry its directory..

^^ First extract the content to somewhere else like D: drive and then copy them to "Themes" folder.

HI VG i have vista home premium and have no idea how to install theme ive tried according 2 your instruction by using vistaglazz and extracting files n coping in windows/resourses/themes, but all in vain so can you help me how 2 go about it and ya your creations are great man, ive downlaoded all your creations inspite of not knowing how to install them.

^^ Try Tuneup Utilities to apply the theme. It'll work without any problem.

Hi VG, is there an option or way to change the color of the highlights? It's bright yellow for me, can it be done like the default light blue highlight of vista? Thanks more power and waiting for a respones

When I go in explorer the highlight when i move my over em is yellow
