This is not the latest or the final version, its still the RC version. Last time when FF 3.0 was released, the same thing happened and all of us were under the impression that RC was 3.0, but in fact it was not. so wait for the official update from Mozilla

Just for info: if someone have problems with no-compatible add-ons, just download the Nightly Tester Tools add-on and choose "Override all Compatibility" in the add-ons manager this will make all the add-ons work.
