Its an old theme which was officially released by Microsoft based on the Zune player. The theme was released by Microsoft to provide its new portable player "Zune" like feeling in Windows XP.
It doesn't require any system patch and can be applied in Windows XP without any problem.

do not restart your computer with that theme , it will slow computer, change to xp every shut down
