Here is a bug found in Windows 7. This bug is present in Windows Vista as well.
This bug is related to "Windows Classic" theme. To re-create the bug, first change the Windows theme to Classic from Desktop Properties and then follow these steps:
1. Open My Computer and then open any drive. It'll activate the "Left Arrow" button as well as the drop-down Arrow which is called "Recent Pages".

2. Look carefully at the screenshot. The buttons and their background image both are misplaced. Either the background image should be moved to right by a few pixels or the buttons should be moved to left by a few pixels to fix their positions.
3. Anyway its not a big deal. Now hover your mouse cursor over the drop-down arrow and you'll see following:

The background image and the drop-down Arrow both are moved again to the left by a few pixels upon hovering the cursor over the arrow. Which makes the situation worst.
4. Now click on the drop-down arrow and amazing, the whole background image will disappear:

That's really a big UI bug which needs to be fixed in RTM version.

You can now download windows 7 buid 7000 from windows website but hurry test are limited to 2.3 million. I got mine as a direct e-mail. It is 2.4gb download and around 9-10gb after install. I can not give link out as it was sent to me from microsoft as i am a beta tester with them. But just go to MS website and you should find it. They give you key as well to activate. My copy does not run out but most will activate but expire in August 09.

I dont understand the fuss bout windows 7 goldi is making... if he searched the web easily hould find information about it. i got win7 in january and been testing it since then. it seems to be better and wider user friendly than vista, but as it is a beta version still errors to workabout and bugs to fix. main of them are user accounts related and permissions, but im sure M$ hq has started working on it, so hopefuly next version these errors will be fixed and w7 will work better.

I have already used all of the M$ OS's to date and the best of all of them is M$-Linux version 11.2 milestone 2 (Yes, it's pre-release, but it's quite stable).

I like Windows 7 but hate the way the headers and taskbar render (ie: dithered). Even if you disable font smoothing and turn off ClearType, the headers and taskbar still won't render in a nice classic style.
