Already installed on my system. Running Windows 7 without service pack, 32-bit (x86). Does this come With Windows Update? Because when I ran the setup It told me that it's already installed on my system.

I read about this update in google and all said the same thing:
do not install this update because it will mess up your BSOD or then it gives you blue screen after restart, or then it causes malfunction...
i decided to hide this update for good, they called this update as a Black Hole update

Notice the description for this update. While reading about the imminent OEM release of Win7 SP1, CNET article news.cnet.com/8301-10805_3-20028544-75.html predicted a general availability (GA) release for March 2011, not to mention a precursor update, aka black hole (support.microsoft.com/kb/976902) for it. But for those automatically updating their systems since 6.1's (Win7) inception and who therefore already have SP1 in effect, the service pack is purely academic, unless SP1 is more than a mere collection of security patches. And of course it is, but mainly for Windows Server 2008 R2. My guess is that any SP1 enhancements for the client side OS can be viewed in the description above. In other words, KB2454826 is SP1!
