Many times Windows users face problems while using Windows Update. They receive strange error messages while downloading or installing updates via Windows Update.

To fix all these annoying problems, Microsoft has released Fixit which will automatically diagnose and fix common problems with Windows Update.

What this Fixit does:
- Checks Windows Update component configuration and repairs as needed
- Resolves incorrect Windows Update data locations
- Reregisters required services
