Microsoft has released language packs for Windows 7 RTM. These language packs are only available for Windows 7 Ultimate and Enterprise versions.
Note that "Traditional Chinese –Taiwan" language pack will be released at a later date.
Also keep in mind that Windows 7 RC (Release Candidate) users are not eligible for these language packs.

You listed Hindi in the screenshot but i have not found hindi in my Windows Update list

Cum pot pune interfata de limba romana pe windows7 enteprise? De la UPDATE nu se poate.

I also have Ultimate too and don't see Hindi option in the updates. Googling lead me to an article which mentioned that it may be available in Oct.
