I don't think it's going to add any real features. You can compare it with XP SP3, which lacks any noticeable improvements except making XP more reliable and smoother. I think Microsoft's strong interest now are to provide the best support for Seven, and drop Vista eventually. Vista isn't going to last long, unlike XP since it doesn't give revenue like XP had for Microsoft....

Every hotfix that is not included in some SP, or was released after SP was labeled like SP+1. Try this for some hotfix after SP1 and you will see that label was SP2.

Is SP3 going to provide any new feature? or it will be just released to make vista even more reliable.
