How can I change the size of all of my icons to be larger in xp as in vista. I would like them to be 96x on my desktop and 72x in my start menu?

^^ Not possible. Windows XP doesnt allow such big sized icons.

I thought they can go to up to 128x if you change it in the registry settings?

Refering to the earlier poster, has anyone done this msgina setting on a Windows XP 64 bit machine ? Is there a difference ? I tried, and it crashed my machine

please i am trying to change the blue backround where windows copies files ( first step )
i don't know which file is the container < i am not sure i think its smss in the i386/system32 folder in installation cd , but i don't know how to modify the blue background
please guide me to do this

^^ All setup resources are stored in "WINNTBBU.DLL" file under "I386" folder.
