I've used this and it only changes The BASIC Icons not the real Folder Icons you find when you surf around Regular Folders in My Docs for example.

I tried in windows 7 ultimate, but it shows - "Your windows version is not supported by this version of Icon tweaker".

What a load of CRAP!!!! It Installs but then won't run as its not compatible with vista! Also difficult to uninstall as it errors and closes before uninstall due to the above reason.
