Oh! I forgot to mention,in many cases the solution posted by the Editor here has been found not to work.If yours is one of them, try my solution.

I was searching the web for a solution and found nothing.Until,i figured a way out myself.I think this would be a better solution.

STEPS:
1.Enter About:config(or click HERE) in the address bar and press ENTER

2.In the Filter box that appears,type caret

3.Right-Click on accessibility.browsewithcaret
&
Choose toggle and make the value false

4.Right-Click on accessibility.warn_on_browsewithcaret
&
Choose toggle and make the value false

5.Restart your Firefox Browser.
