I'm with Nighted. I'm looking for a way to disable the Add-Ons window from popping up when Firefox starts everytime after an add-on is installed or updates. Anybody have a solution?

Hey, that's a great tip but not what I was looking for.

I've tried searching but may be using the wrong terms. When installing or updating add-ons, the add-ons manager shows everytime when starting Firefox.

I really want to disable this very annoying feature. Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks!

^^ It might be a hardware problem. Ask your hardware guy to check it.

hi vishal, i don't know if this question can be raised in this space.. but i do have a problem and need your help in solving it. .

my computer(p4, 128 mb ram, 1.8 ghz speed...been using this for almost 5 years now) is restarting, after even a few minutes of working on it. i had a problem with my smps and got it replaced. and it worked fine for a while (at least a week). Now this new problem... can u help me solve this problem...

^^ Actually it finds the extensions list on mozilla site, thus spending your bandwidth if you are on limited net connection. So its better to disable this function if you don't need it.

Also sometimes this tab is automatically disabled, so this tutorial can also be used to get it back as I mentioned at last.
