Windows 7 doesn't show titlebar text in Windows Explorer. Windows Vista also doesn't show it. Actually titlebar text was removed to make the Explorer clean and minimal.
But if you look carefully, other applications like Notepad, Paint, Internet Explorer, etc show the text in titlebar, so there must be a way to show it in Windows Explorer as well.
"AeroBar" is a very small and standalone application which can show the titlebar text in Windows 7 Explorer. Simply download the utility from following link:
Mirror (Rapidshare)
Mirror (Mediafire)
Mirror (Megashare)
Run it and you'll see titlebar text in all Explorer windows.

To remove it, simply End task of "AeroBar.exe" from Task Manager.

^^ Simply install each OS on separate partition and you'll be able to select the OS at startup. Remember to install older OS first. e.g. if you want to install XP, Vista and 7, then first install XP, then Vista and at last 7.
