Hi, Nice article and useful for just a few entries.Not sure of the date of this article since there's no date anywhere ,not even in the comments.
Regardless ,here's a tool you can use to add lots of items to the SendTo menu:
Send To Toys gabrieleponti.com/software/
As per website > Freeware. For 2000, XP, 2003 Server, Vista, Windows 7, and 2008 Server.

Tried method B "regsvr32 sendmail.dll"
Took 1 second worked perfectly in Win XP

Method A worked perfectly! Thank you - I was beginning to get distressed that I wasn't able to start cluttering up my desktop. :)
