I have attempted all of these methods (the ones that my computer would allow me to attempt). The log in that I am locked out of is the only one with Admin capabilities. My computer doesn't allow me to even unzip files without the password that I am needing. I can't get to the black screen that has the prompts for the Shift + F10 because Windows 7 does not have that. I am at a loss. I was given the name of a program to use, but I have to pay for it (around $100 USD). To make matters worse, the pc I have was a floor model and came with no disks. I have Microsoft 2010 on disk that I purchased, but if I reformat my computer, I don't have an operating system unless I purchase one. Can you please help me? I would forever be grateful! Thank you so much!

Thank you! Somehow my home desktop had a password installed on the main (only) user account and the account icon changed to a picture of the world trade centers towers on fire. I think it might have been a hack job because we never had a password, but could not tell. Got access back into the computer and all is well. Awesome!
