		<description>^^ No. IE error is not related with the program. Since the program patches system file and your firewall blocked it in the middle of operation, the file got corrupted and you faced those weird problems.

Try to disable firewall and then run the patch.</description>

		<description>Um... I ran this, but my firewall blocked it during the process, and now my user32.dll.mui is corrupt. After that I found out that window minimize, maximize, closing, and moving doesn&#039;t work. Then I copied the backup over, restarted the computer, it works again. But then another error popped up: In IE 8, I can download a file, but when I try to open it with the &quot;Open&quot; button, it gives me &quot;Windows cannot find the specified device, blah blah blah&quot; Is this directly related to the fact that this program failed?</description>
