Worked on second try in Win7 since had to be installed in Vista compatibility mode. Also after install and reboot, required another reboot to fix a dual-display issue it caused. Thanks. I've tested it for weeks now, and haven't seen it since. It would usually show up after a few minutes to a few hours after starting the computer, restarting fixes it, but it's really annoying to have to keep doing that. For anyone that hasn't seen it in Win 7: Look at the Recycle Bin It doesn't replace the normal rounded border thingy, but it goes over it. This fix works perfectly for Win 7 too. For anyone that hasn't seen it in Win 7: Look at the Recycle Bin
