I have Intel. When I went to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\Background\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers, I can see igfxcui. Can I safely delete the igfxcui key?

how do u know which registry do that?
for example i want remove "create shortcut" from file contex menu
