@VG Thanks! XD It looks like that worked (used the "move up" to move the no-script icon left and it eventually went into the first position, which is the lower left corner).

I run the NoScript Add On. Is there a similar way to move my "no-script" icon from the lower right corner to the lower left? (This would help me a lot!)

Thanks! I'd tried editing the value a bit, but I couldn't get it to do what I wanted. >_> Now, I can use smaller windows and still be able to scroll down them. Much appreciated.

How to make on both sides two scrollbars?

I was traying to put new integer:
layout.scrollbar2.side

...but it's not working :(

Can i disable the scrollbar because i always use my mouse or arrow keys
