Create a shortcut and specify the following target: "C:\Program Files\PowerMenu\PowerMenu.exe" -hideself on The app will now load on startup and hidden. If you want to start it directly, just double click the shortcut. Just do this once, you cant see the app in the tray. But check the contextmenu in some random window and you will see above options.
