@VG

Hello, would you please recommend me a tool that minimize only the application icon from taskbar to system tray without minimizing the application window itself?
I have a very important application that should be shown up all the time and starts with windows so I can't minimize it as well as I want its icon to disappear from taskbar, would be nice as well if the tool if "found" can apply the hiding setting for the selected application with windows startup, thanks in advance!

OS: Windows 7 Starter.

Install the app. Open up "Autostart" folder in the start menu. Create a shortcut and specify the following target: "C:\Program Files\PowerMenu\PowerMenu.exe" -hideself on
The app will now load on startup and hidden.
If you want to start it directly, just double click the shortcut. Just do this once, you cant see the app in the tray. But check the contextmenu in some random window and you will see above options.

I know it is working for you on Windows 7. I can see the screenshots. What I'm saying is any clue you have on why it is not working at my end? Have you done anything specific after installing it?
