Unrar or unzip the package. Extracting to Desktop is easiest 2. Copy the .theme file to Windows/Resources/Themes (there will be a bunch of other .theme files) 3. Copy the folder (usually the same name as the theme you are trying to install) containing subdirectories "en-US", "Shell" and the .msstyles file to Windows/Resources/Themes. There should already be a file called "Aero" as an example. 4. Right click on Desktop --> personalization and click on the theme HOW TO INSTALL ON WINDOWS 7:
