I tried this, both renaming the file to "i386 Backup" and "thatonebackupthingy", and then later removing the file altogether... I still recieved the error message, any advice?

^^ Run WFP Patcher in safe mode and restart your system. Then run UXTheme Patcher. Both can be found in "Download" section.

I did as you said and renamed the file and now as it was patching, "Windows File Protection" came up wanted the CD.

Im not sure what to do now. Please help?
