I installed Internet Explorer 8 and lost all my top bars. I then uninstalled IE 8 and restored the IE 7 to a previous day and can not recover all my bars on top. ex. file, edit, view and the other bar with favorites, history tools and open my mic. outlook to get my email as I had on the IE 7 before.
