I have a problem.i use windows 7 ultimate.now,when i want to uninstall any program 4rm my pc then took entry in control panel>programs and features.but the program list became blank and show "no programs are installed on this computer".plz help me.plz.

^^ Might be a faulty keyboard. Best way to find out would be attach a new keyboard and check whether the problem still persists or not.

btw,i'm using laptop,and my laptop's keyboard messed up a bit..
the "Q" and "1" sometimes error,but sometimes work..
is it because of virus?i'm confused.
