VG this is another good one. I was plagued by this at one point running Vista Home Premium

I use IDM (Internet Download Manager) and I found it perfect. But its not free. If you want freeware, then go for Free Download Manager or Flashget.

check the following Link for the same, remove that annoying RUNONCE Message again and again, run the file under the link and hurrraaay.. runonce is out..
