		<description>^^ You can enter into BIOS settings by pressing Delete key after starting your system. In BIOS settings, make sure the first bootable device is set to CD drive. Then boot using CD and once the setup tells you that our system already have Windows installed, do you want to repair it? Accept it by pressing the key mentioned in the screen and follow further instructions.</description>

I uninstalled some files via the registry from my xp professional computer and now when i go to start to open the control panel (or any other programs in the start menu and on desktop) this is themessage i get...&#039;This does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. 		<description>folder options isnt visible, run dialog box has been disabled by administrator(i operate from administrator - home pc-xp 2000, no internet connection,virus or trojan only through pendrives or dvd&#039;s).
task manager doesn&#039;t have new task button. i&#039;ve scanned system through avast4, avira &amp; kaspersky2009. but still no virus has been removed. even through start properties i&#039;m not able to solve the problem. even tried from gpedit.msc . But the contents are only different.
