In windows 7 I'm trying to edit the "Please press CTRL + ALT + Delete to Login" text shown at the windows logon screen. Search everywhere but cant find the specific .dll or other file that contains this string table. Any ideas? Thanks in advance guys

^^ Those strings are stored in .MUI files under Windows Vista. Take a look at following tutorial:

http://www.askvg.com/list-of-vista-system-files-to-be-hacked-using-resource-hacker/

PS: Although it doesnt work sometimes in Vista but a few ppl have said that it works in Safe Mode.

^^ You can do that. You'll need to edit "Winlogon.exe" file in Resource hacker and you can change all strings.

^^ you can enable it from Desktop Properties -> Screen Saver -> Power Settings. Also make sure the latest VGA drivers are installed in Windows.
