I am still having the same problem.
When i am clicking over the option "change the way users log on or off" there comes an error " client services for netware has disabled the welcome screen and fast user switching". Wat to do ?

" control.exe useraccounts2 " in now ,
this control and other account control things not working my current xp ,
i finding command or reg tweak ,, and ur solution wrk, solved my problem

^^ Open regedit and goto:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon

Now in right-side pane, check DWORD value "LogonType". It should be set to 0, change it to 1.

By mistake I added "Force Classic Logon" tweak in Windows. Now, I tried everything to get back my new "Welcome Screen" but all efforts in vain! Help me..
