hi.. I want to disable all the options changing wallpaper.. Wallpaper can be changed by opening a picture nd right click on it and select option"Set as background desktop". How to disable this option???

In right-side pane, change value of ClassicShell to 0

I cannot change my theme, I think it is disabled from letting me change it from windows classic (it doesn't even have an option for regular xp, just classic). This is a handmedown laptop from my father, and I don't know if his company disabled it. I download a windows 7 theme and I get this weird error message when I try to enable it. I would love for it to work. Thanks!

(P.S. This is Windows XP Professional, if that helps.)

^^ Clear IE cache, cookies and reset IE settings to default. Also provide following command in Command Prompt:

ipconfig /flushdns

THere is no vtunnel in programmes, it was uninstalled.

^^ If you installed any software for using proxy, you can uninstall it using Control Panel -> Add/Remove programs.

You can also try resetting IE settings using Internet Options applet in Control panel.

Hi Vishal. My big problem is this. I was in Turkey where YouTube is banned by government. I got to access it through proxi site vtunnell. Now I am back in Australia and I cant still reinstall YouTube on my LapTop. I hav to go through vtunnell. But that restricts my access to my YouTube account and I cant download anything to my RealPlayer etc. How can I remove vtunnell from my computer and have access to normal YouTube website. Something is blocking YouTube in my computer.
