First, you need to enable VMR 9 OR 7 renderless from Options-Playback-Output
and only then you'll have the options for Subtitle-Database-Download
To access the subs files separately CTRL-S (File-Save sub.)

hello,
i have been using opensubtitle database for a long time for subtitle searching on my laptop and dsktop with media player classic but for two days sutitles are not downloading and database testing is showing bed url on desktop PC. please tell me the problem & it's solution

Hey , i know how to get my subs on the movies etc.
but was wondering , when i chooce one out of the list , the downloadable one's...
where does it get stored?
cuz i would love to know where those downloaded sub's are placed on my pc.
or does the download only counts for one movie watch?

If someone could explain me that , it would be great ! and very usefull...

(i do hope they get stored on my pc and i can open the file over and over again so i can make a dvd with subs from the media player classic.)

Only resource to get subs manual is , ondertitel.com.
And they dont always fit the movie i downloaded , even tho there are more then 1 , i tryem all...
happend with more then one movie so , some help on this would be nice.

^^ You can use only certified URLs in that option. If a site provides a particular URL to be used in Media Player Classic, you can use that otherwise not. Since Opensubtitles provides a URL for MPC, we use that. You'll need to search for a similar URL for Subscene or ask them if they provide it.

But.. Dear.. VG.. How can i give any url in subtitle database ? I tried to replace 'opensubtitle' with 'subscene' but didn't succeed.. Can u plzzz explain how would i add subscene as subtitle database.. Coz i like subscene most.. Thnx
