When I show another toolbar (like QT Tabbar) the menu bar stays in place. When I hide this other toolbar (by rightclicking on the menu bar) also the menu bar will be hidden. So it does not seem to be possible to have QT Tabbar (or any other toolbar) and also a hidden menu. That's a pity. Another reason to ditch Explorer and go for a seperate tab based file manager. Tried the options (method A has another description (Show preview handlers in preview pane) and method B is not available on my Windows 7).
