This tutorial has been made as per visitors request. A few people asked us how to disable Chrome's built-in spell-checker? So this tutorial will help you in disabling the built-in spell-checker.
Here is a step-by-step method to disable Chrome spell-checker:
1. Open Google Chrome and click on the Wrench icon. Now select Options menuitem.
2. Go to "Under the Hood" section and click on "Languages and spell-checker settings..." button in "Web Content" section.

3. It'll open a new window where you'll see a checkbox "Enable spell checking". Disable it and you have done.

The Set Language or Font option is not available under my "Personal Stuff" or "Under the Bonnet" tab. There is no "Minor Tweaks" tab under Options. Trying to remove the spell checker Google and search Help Chrome tells me that Help is "not available in my language". My language is English! I can't check what language my Google Chrome is set to. Wanted to use Google Toolbar, however that is only available for IE or Firefox !!! Can anyone help?
