Personally, I like the maximize feature, not for the fact that it can maximize, but you can pull a maximized window away and it'll shrink back to its original size and shape. The side ones are useless for me because I don't like having my windows half screened. I either maximize or custom shrink, so I can fit multiple windows. Only being able to see two windows is not enough when you got multiple chat messengers going. Maybe in the future they could add a feature to have 3 snap points on each side, so you can use 1/6th the screen for each window. I probably wouldn't use that either though haha I just like being able to pull down and move a maximized window without having to minimize it first.

I agree with Arbadacarba, I love the snap to sides but the maximize at top is annoying and redundant to me. Might as well remove the maximize button on the window if this can't be changed.

Heh, I didn't know of this setting and ended up changing registry key instead.

For reference, here's the key I changed:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\WindowArrangementActive = 0

Any ideas on how to disable some but not all of the snap features? The Sides are great, but I hate the maximize function for the top.
