The method that works is 
Right Click My Computer -&gt; Properties -&gt; Advanced System Settings -&gt;Settings (Performance) -&gt; Untick Enable Desktop composition
This works !!!</description>

		<description>Hi and thank you for the information on delaying the hover time on the taskbar thumbnail preview on Windows 7.  Even though I was able to slow down the thumbnail preview, a small box will now appear describing the current website when I hover over it.  Is there any way to prevent any information from arising when I hover over the icon in the taskbar?  Would using the DisablePreviewWindow accomplish that?  I appreciate your help.  Thank you, Curtis</description>
