Can We add Control Panel> Appearance and Personalization to the context menu?
                                           --------------------------------
About this question, I meant when we open Control Panel and go to Appearance and Personalizaion, we can open personalize. I want to have the link to Appearance and Personalizaion so instead of having Screen Resolution and Personalize on desktop context-menu, I can have Appearance and Personalizaion which links me to those two settings and more. Is there is any method for doing that?

@Uewd
Control Panel> Appearance and Personalization is already there by default. The item appears as Personalization.
