^^ It seems you are using Windows in a different language. Just expand Dialog -> 1003 -> your language code.

I ran into a little problem, when I opened my shell32.dll ,there was no Dialog -> 1003 -> 1033 ??

what should i do , i want just to change the text of the run window? any solutions??

Thanks, now i can replace system files without risking my PC from having problems. I tried it and what you've said really works. Now i know what are the reasons why my PC kept on restarting before; because i forgot to do the thing that you have just said...
