Here is a step-by-step tutorial for making your RUN dialog box look-a-like the above:
1. Download following ZIP file and extract it:
2. Now open %windir%\System32\Shell32.dll file in Resource Hacker.
3. Add 404.bmp at 404 location.
4. Add 405.bmp at 405 location.
5. Now go to Dialog -> 1003 -> 1033 and replace existing code with the following code:

You can change the strings according to your needs.
NOTE: If you are facing problems while saving the file after editing in resource hacker, then make sure you have disabled WFP (Windows File Protection) service using WFP Patcher.
Also if you are getting error "Can't create file...", that means you have edited and saved the file in past and there is a backup file which needs to be deleted before saving this file again. Go to "System32" folder and you'll see a file having "shell32_original.dll". Delete it and try to save the file in resource hacker.

I tried to hack run dialog box using your method. but i could not. I do same as you told and i have see it when i changing using Resourse Hacker. but i restart my computer, i can't see any effect.

the screenshot is on a vista or xp (will vista skin come?)

^^ Of course its for Windows XP. I was using my "VistaVG" theme in XP. You can get it from "XP Themes" section. :)

Where can i change the RUN dialog in Windows VISTA? In shell32.dll is no Dialog menu. Can you tell me this? I like this site!!!

I HAVE DONE MANY OF YOUR HAKING WORK LIKE CHANGING SYSTEM PROPERTIES,AND MANY MORE BUT I STUCKED ON A PROBLEM WHILE I TRY TO CHANGE COPY DIALOG BOX.
I DO ALL CHANGES REQUIRED BUT I CAN;T SAVE MY WORK AND HENCE NOTHINGWORKS SAME PROBLEM WITH RUN DIALOG BOX ACTUALLY WITH SHELL32.DLL FILE WORK.
OTHERWISE ALL WORK ARE NICE ESPECIALLY PUTTING ANGIE PHOTO ON SYSTEM PROPERTIES
