Google Is Closing AdSense Referral Program During Last Week of August

OK. That's a surprising news to me. Google has decided to close its AdSense Referral program as an improvement over its AdSense program. They'll be closing Referral program during the last week of August.

So if you are using Google AdSense Referral ads on your website/blog, then remove them from your site. All referral ads will no longer display ads beginning the last week of August.

You can use other AdSense Referral program alternatives to earn money like "Google Affiliate Network". Its a part of the integration of DoubleClick. "DoubleClick Performics Affiliate Network" will now operate as the Google Affiliate Network for advertisers targeting users located in the United States.

Similar to the AdSense Referrals program, the Google Affiliate Network enables publishers to apply for advertiser programs and get paid based on advertiser-defined actions instead of clicks or impressions. For further details, please visit:

    ^^ Its a part of their improvement program. They retire such features regularly which they think are not very successful.
