^^ Try to install .NET Framework. If it doesnt help, also install VC++ redistributable.

I am running Windows Vista .
Whenever I download and try to install Taskbar Resize tool.
of this program, I'm getting the following:

"The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect.
Please see the application event log for more detail"
