The new "menus" (they're not really menus, though) are pretty distracting, take up an inordinate amount of screen real-estate, and are not well organized. The Ubit software appears to work, but I would prefer the option to disable the ribbon. For those who don't need Access, I suggest the easier approach of Open Office. Those who have used MS Office for the last 12+ years will find it more familiar and comfortable; those who write the checks for your family or company will also like it better!
