Let's just say "not the best" in my opinion. I haven't downloaded yet, but 400,000 virus signitures? Kinda low... but use this program as a "extra booster". If it fails to meet you expectations, then download Malwarebyte from http://www.malwarebytes.org/ .
Malwarebyte is like Masterchief's Mark 6 suit that blocks anything that tries to give your viruses or hack your computer ( I think ). It basically IP blocks it. So say you accidentally went to a virus site, Malwarebyte will auto block it, and your safe!

Of coarse not! It's 100% safe. The type your talking about are those bogus "Super Anitivrus 2009" or something. Those are pure crap.
