I've been using AusLogics Disk Defrag for months and it has been helping me since then.

Even with using spyware, adware, antivirus tools and regular disk and registry maintenance, computers seem to run slower over time. AusLogics products are good; I'd like to see if SpeedBoost makes improvements.
