Fix Windows Store Apps and Microsoft Account Problems in Windows 8/8.1 and Windows 10

Microsoft’s new OS Windows 8 comes with a brand new Store program which allows you to download free as well as paid apps from Internet. Its quite similar to Google Play program which you find in Android mobile phones.

  1. Theres an easier fix for the windows apps. I had the error issue when trying to install windows apps. A simple fix for it I found was to go to file explorer, then look in C:\windows\ and look for the AUinstallAgent folder. If it’s missing, which mine was, create it. When you create it….the problem is fixed!! After doing this on my machine there were no more problems installing apps or updating them from the windows store.

    I tried the troubleshooter first to no avail. When I created that folder in the windows directory it was fixed.
